This project reflects a refined blend of modern minimalism and timeless sophistication, where form follows function and aesthetics meet endurance. The exterior is draped in the warm, earthy tones of Italian Brown Travertino marble, bringing a natural richness and a touch of luxury to the architectural skin. Its linear veins and textured surface subtly echo the beauty of nature while maintaining a modern, understated appeal. To balance the stone’s solidity, custom jali elements—designed in laser-cut metal or GRC—are introduced in strategic elevations. These jalis not only serve as a ventilation and light filter but also cast poetic shadows through the day, lending the structure a dynamic, almost meditative character. Clean lines, bold geometry, and a muted palette allow the materials to speak for themselves. The architecture becomes a canvas of contrast—hard stone softened by light, and solid volumes broken by intricate perforations.
