Design Story
This residence is conceived as a contemporary home shaped by culture, design intelligence, and restraint. The public spaces establish a curated atmosphere: art-forward dining, a muted botanical palette, and editorial lighting define a warm yet modern identity. The kitchen and balcony extend this sensibility with soft tonal shifts and practical elegance. Private areas articulate character without disrupting continuity. The Master Bedroom adopts a cultural-luxury language with layered textiles and sculptural accents, while the Guest Bedroom remains boutique and calm—light, tactile, and understated. The Young Bedroom becomes the project’s expressive counterpoint; fashion-driven geometry and playful sculptural forms create a youthful room that feels sophisticated rather than thematic. Smaller rooms contribute precision. The Powder Room pairs sculptural plaster with boutique patterning for a restrained luxury moment. The Study introduces pastel Japanese-Korean functionalism—maple shelving, daylight, dual screens, and manga—supporting both work and creative play. The Pooja Room anchors the home spiritually and culturally. A carved stone wall, mixed deities, and hybrid lighting recall temple archaeology within a modern shell. The space is sacred without spectacle, contemporary without dilution. Together, the apartment offers a quieter form of luxury: one built on texture, culture, and intentional living rather than ornament or excess.
